Meziobecní spolupráce v oblasti odpadového hospodářství a životního prostředí

The diploma thesis is devoted to inter-municipal cooperation in the areas of waste management and the environment. The main aspect of the final thesis is a look at motivation, access to support and perception of inter-municipal cooperation through the lens of representatives of voluntary associations of municipalities. The aim of the thesis is to map the current state of inter-municipal cooperation in the mentioned areas in the Central Bohemian and South Moravian regions of the Czech Republic. According to the conducted questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with representatives of voluntary unions of municipalities, qualitative information was provided that illustrated the overall view of inter-municipal cooperation in the areas of environment and waste management. The conclusion of the work synthesizes the captured results and proposes measures for the identified barriers that prevent the further development of inter-municipal cooperation projects in the field of waste management and the environment.

Dark turismus Středočeského kraje a jeho realizační potenciál v cestovním ruchu

This bachelor thesis analyzes the Central Bohemian Region from the perspective of Dark Tourism. The main goal is to create a comprehensive list of dark tourism monuments with a description of historical and cultural context as well as the passenger and public transport availability taken from the regional city. In the final part a subsequent questionnaire survey researches the interest in this type of tourism among the general public, including partial analyses. The gained information may reveal an untapped potential that can be realized by a travel agency while preparing a guided tour or an educational excursion applied in education.

Regionální diferenciace populačního vývoje ve Středočeském kraji: historickogeografická analýza.

The masters thesis deals with the formation of regional differentiation of population development in the Central Bohemia Region. It is a historical-geographic analysis. The preface (chapter 1) defines the object of this work, also it respects presumptions and conditions in accordence with intention of this path. As well it explains the structure and general notion of the work. The discution with literature (chapter 2) deals with already published vocational literature. Third chapter includes theoretic outline of the problem observed. Here are emphasized current trends, but older thoughts are outlined. It also includes terminology related to solved problems. Chapter 4 describes the conditions and determinants that have affected the population development of the Central Bohemia Region. From several perspectives: physical-geographic, socio-economic and taking into account historical aspects. It follows the development of the population of the region in the context of the Czech Republic (5). The following chapter (6) contains an analysis of the regional differentiation of population development. The analysis is based on the study of the influence of partial determinants (railway, administrative function of the seat or hierarchical position of the seat). The seventh chapter contains a synthesis of knowledge, a categorization of regions and a description of the main determinants that contributed to the population development in the region. It also touches the influence of Prague on the area of Central Bohemia. The last chapter (8) summarizes the conclusion.

School Management Evaluation and Selfevaluation

This thesis is focused on process of evaluation and self-evaluation of school-management in leisure time centres in Central Bohemia and Prague. The thesis aims to discover how and whether at all evaluation and self-evaluation of school-management takes place in leisure centres, including sources, methods and criterias being used. In theoretical part we define origin and meaning of the evaluation and self-evaluation concept and we present main thoeries of this discipline in so called Evaluation theory tree. Then, Leisure time centres are classified presented in context of Czech school system and types of education - informal, non-formal and formal. Individual chapters deal with general presentation of leisure time centres, definition of school management (including legal requirements concerning their education), evaluation tools, projects, methods, competences and competence models of middle management in leisure time centres. We also introduce here evaluation tools created for leisure time centres, especially online system Olina. In empirical part we combine quantitative design of research (survey among leisure time centres in Central Bohemia and Prague) and case study in chosen centre. Planning of school capacity in the Central Bohemia Region

Planning of school capacity in the Central Bohemia Region Abstract The objective of this thesis is to show the connection among demographic trends and the development of the educational system in the Central Bohemia Region from a quantitative point of view. This thesis focuses on repletion of school facilities, availability of education at pre-primary and basic levels and the possibility to estimate the basic parameters of the education system in future years. The first part addresses issues of methodology and the education system in general and theoretical level. It focused on the literature and data sources on the subject, describing the educational system in the Czech Republic and the development of educational legislation, explaining the methodology used in the second part of the thesis. The second part deals with specific application to data from the Central Bohemia Region. This section shows the numbers of children in nursery schools, pupils in basic schools and repletion of school facilities found in the districts of the Central Bohemia Region. The spatial distribution of school facilities is shown by proportional symbol technique. Conditions for applying of Long-term intention of education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the segment of preschool education in the Central Bohemian Region

This thesis focuses on the area of preschool education in the Central Region in connection with the application of the Long-term Plan on Education (DZ) of the Ministry and of the region. Special attention is paid to the context and development of the current problem, which is longer-term unmet demand for placement in kindergarten in some parts of the region. The aim of this paper is to describe the demographic and socioeconomic specifics of the investigated region and their development over the last decade as an environment for pre- school education. The theoretical part of this work presents a comparison of DZ of Ministry of Education from 2015 to 2020 with its corresponding draft document of the Central Bohemian Region (2016). It brings the discussion of selected chapters of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Central Region in the European pre-school education. It outlines the evaluation of success by DZ the Central Region in the past in the light of statistical data. Educational Needs of Managers of Kindergartens in the Central Bohemian Region

4 ABSTRACT: The bachelor thesis deals with identifying educational needs of managers of kindergartens in Central Bohemian Region and educational opportunities in Central Bohemia and Prague. The aim of this research was to find those needs, monitor managers' level of satisfaction with current educational opportunities in the region. It also searched for a dependence of the priorities of the educational needs on the amount of years spent in the leading position. The scientific literature is presented in the theoretical part of this work. It also provides an overview of the current status of pre-school education and legal requirements for the job. The key point of the research is based on a survey among managers of kindergartens of the Central Bohemian Region and its subsequent analysis. The survey results lead to the creation of a plastic view at the educational opportunities for the managers in the context with their educational needs. The final part of this work presents the results of investigations to confirm managers' interest in further education. Furthermore, it shows their satisfaction with educational options in the context of their needs and the results of the investigation that do not confirm the dependence of the selection of educational areas on the number of years spent in a leading position....

The campaign of political parties for regional elections in 2016

This thesis is dedicated to political campaigns in Central Bohemian Region and Liberec Region during regional elections what took place 7th and 8th of October 2016. Both of these regions were chosen as a sample which represents both nationwide parties but also local parties. The author processed vast amount of data, what was lately analyzed and compared. For the research was used content analysis, which enables to code clearly the entering data. Among the examined data were the election formations' election programs, candidate lists (respectively, the amount of local candidates within those candidate lists), election formations' propagation on the social medium Facebook, and a usage of a printed media during the campaign (respectively, how successful was the campaign communication and how different election formations used advertising). This diploma thesis is primarily based on second-order elections. Based on relevant literature were identified several contact points within the campaigns characteristic for this kind of elections. Thanks to a number of research questions, this diploma thesis answers the main aim, which is, if those election formations approached those elections as the second-order elections.

Most frequent deficiencies in the management of selected governmental organizations established by Středočeský kraj

The Final Dissertation is oriented on economy of organisations established by District. The theoretical part describes control as one of the management tools, dividing of the public control to outside and inside part and legislative framework of the public budgetary control. The practical part of the Dissertation brings an overview of the most often and repeating faults in economy of the organisations established by the District of Central Bohemia (several types of schools and school type of organisations) based on research evaluation of the a audit documentation. The target of Dissertation is to draw attention to consequences of the fault operations which can be finding in organisations economy. There was found (by analysis and solution comparison of the single audit protocols) that most often faults were in areas of accounting, stocktaking, internal audit system, creating and using funds and internal directives. Generally there is possible to claim that there is no improvement in organisations economy during the analysed five years period and there are still the same long term faults. There are only a few areas where slight improvement is achieved. It implies a necessity to set up and keep internal control system, to monitor changes in legislation and continuously train the responsible employees.
